I'm so impressed with Jeremie and On Call Plumbing! Our water heater was leaking and in a terrible state, but we work 12 hour days during the week and it's difficult to get a plumber on the weekend. I was very stressed about when I was going to be able to coordinate service, and the estimates I did get were awful. I sent On Call a quote request through Yelp, and Jeremie gave me a call about 10 minutes later if that. Once he got the information, he made what I thought would be an inconvenient process super easy for me! I came home to hot water again, and I didn't even have to try to get out of work early because he worked with me and my schedule. I was totally not expecting to be able to have a shower with warm water tonight, but On Call got it done! Jeremie was very kind and great to talk to -- a guy who already feels like a friend right when you meet him. I really appreciate his work, and I'm glad I now have someone to call whenever I have a plumbing issue. Wish I had called him sooner!

Feeling so grateful for Jeremy coming out to snake our drain today. He was on time, polite, very knowledgeable, even wiped his boots before coming into the house. He took his time and explained everything clearly, and was very affordable for this service. It's great to have such honest, reliable service when you're in a jam. I have a tankless water heater that another plumbing company installed apparently that plumbing company does not know how to troubleshoot.I had no hot water for about a week finally during a conversation with a close friend of mine on call plumbing was mentioned it was not easy to find Jeremy's number He came out within 60 minutes had the problem solved new part in and charged me very little.Thanks JeremyI will be calling in the future

These guys go above and beyond to help people out. Jeremy came over after my dads water heater went out and water was damaging the floors and cabinets in his kitchen. Jeremy got on the line with Ray and they walked my dad through each step of using his homeowners insurance to fix the damage as well as having the inspection of the damage so the insurance company couldn't screw my dad over. Highly recommended!!!

Fast reliable service! My toilets backed up in my rental home in Lancaster. The showers started filling with water from the drain. They were fast on scene and had the issue fixed before any damage was done. Lowest bid I found and great service

This company is by far one of the most experienced in the trade I never write reviews but in this case I have to. They were able to get the insurance company to cover a repipe on my house hot and cold water inside my house but Also all damages due to my slab leak. 2years later my sewer line backs up causing severe water damage again I come to find out my sewer line is broke under my slab I call one company they tell me it will run 29000.00 to saw cut and jack hammer the floors and this is not covered by homeowners insurance. Thank goodness I found Jeremies phone number. Everything was covered under my home owners insurance thank you on call plumbing!!! I will not call any one else again!
